Just like at the doctor it all begins with an evaluation form. We need to have a proper starting point to know exactly what situation you are in. By doing this we will have a good starting point to help us understand what kind of support you will be needing.

With the information that is given to us, we will find the teacher that is most suited for your needs. After assigning your teacher. They will analyze your situation and create an initial study plan. From that point, they will contact you and schedule the initial consultation to meet your family to have a better understanding of each other.

We try to keep the initial consultation simple. First, we will give a brief introduction to our program. The rest of the time is for you. This is a time to get to know each other. We know it takes time to get comfortable with the teacher and build a relationship. That is why in the initial consultation we recommend the family to have as many questions as possible. So we can spend the time putting your mind at ease.

From discord to Snapchat we use it all. We want to be there for you on the platform you enjoy the most.

At the end of the consultation, we will be recommending some programs for you. Some people choose to jump right in, while others like to get a feel of how things go. We understand, that is why our teacher will give you a list of recommendations where you can decide what best fits your needs.

After deciding the program that best fits you. (if needed we can also try to create a custom program to your needs) Our teacher will be creating a game plan and scheduling a timeline for your road to success. We also are happy to welcome you to the Alight family!
